History
BACP started in 2014 with a mission to transform and enable individual’s lives. It was accredited by the Singapore Centre for Social Enterprise (raiSE) and had approximately ten partners in the team.
Today, BACP is no longer a registered entity. As I entered into Public Service, it is a hassle to own any private companies and it was decided to stand down operations.
BACP remains a framework which I reference when developing myself individually.
The Four Competencies
Through my personal experience and insights, I came out with the Sun of Influence concept, consisting of the four competencies.
These four competencies are purported to be the key in enabling performance. It was observed that many individuals who underperform are usually limited by one of the four competencies.
Original Concept in 2014
Under “Composure”, we are conducting free martial arts training every Saturday @ 8am.
We believe that every individual should be equipped with the skill to protect themselves.
